Met at Victory Road (level 76) | 29/07/2020
A proud, dogged, and forthright creature who hit it off with COS after they fought to a standstill. COS could have Earthquaked at any time, but felt that was unsporting. When it was all over and Dirk tried to leave, Phoebe blocked his way. After a lot of mutual yelling and huffing and general pantomime, she managed to make her point clear: she wanted to go where COS went. So... now Dirk has a Nidorina?
