Update: thanks to Jane's Delphox, it turns out this thing is just so goddamn delighted by everything, including being alive. It's like it has one brain cell and it's set to 'happy to be here.'
Still, from an outside perspective, it's so slow and inexpressive that its presence alternates between boring and unsettling.
Then Dirk tried putting it in a Trick Room. The results were... uh, something.
